What to expect when joining

This club will write, film, and edit film of any sorts approved by Mr. Collins or Mr. Luna. Before recording, club members will write a video proposal describing the film they would like to make and email both teachers with said video proposal attached. Sometimes other teachers may need a video they will contact Mr. Collins or Mr. Luna. These videos are first come first served.

Elections

This will consist of everyone in the club voting for a president, vice president, secretary, treasury and officers. This election will take place yearly.

Executives jobs

The President will be in charge of organizing meetings, executive meetings and being sure everyone is available. Vice president will be in charge of the same things as the president just when he's not here.

Secretary will be in charge of keeping notes of what is said during meetings. Treasurer will track all club related funds. Officers will be in charge of individual groups. It is their job to tell others what has happened during the executive meetings.

Rules

  • Must be passing all classes
  • Experienced in writing creatively, steady hand filming, and editing
  • No one will ever be forced into something they don't want to do
  • Videos will be made at your own time unless a teacher asked for the video
  • Be prepared to do more then one video if needed
  • Respect teachers and all school proper
