Lara signs to play football at TLU

Despite sitting out his sophomore and junior year, Layden Lara earned the recognition as second All District Receiver and will conitnue playing football in college.

On Tuesday, he signed to play for Texas Lutheran University.

Lara was second on the Tiger team with 21 catches for 479 yards and four touchdowns.

He also played defensive back in many situations to utilize his athletic ability and speed.
