Tigers compete in Sinton baseball tournament

The Goliad Varsity baseball team traveled down to Sinton for their week one tournament and were matched up against some outstanding 4A and 5A competition.

The Tigers came away from the tournament winless against some stout teams (Flour Bluff, Rockport, Taylor and the #1 team in state and #13 nationally ranked, defending state champion Sinton).

Multiple Tigers represented Goliad well in the tournament last week either on the offensive or defensive sides. 

• Colby Rosenquest - 4 innings pitched with 7 Strikeouts 
• Kolton Duval - Multiple hits on the weekend 
• Barrett Garcia - Multiple hits every game and striking out once 
• Kamdyn Janak - Multiple hits on the weekend
